CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Measurement
We do not accept responsibility for orders that we have not pinned ourselves. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided by third parties.
Payment
Prepayment is required when placing an order.
For orders under $100, full payment is required upfront. For orders over $100, you may either pay the full amount upfront or pay 50% of the total as a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment must be received on or before the day of collection. We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other electronic payment methods. Failure to make the final payment will result in the order not being released.
Pick-up Time
If you require a specific pick-up time, please let us know in advance. If you specify “morning,” pick-up is available starting from 10:00 AM. If you specify “afternoon,” pick-up is available from 12:00 PM. If no specific pick-up time is provided, the default pick-up time is 12:00 PM.
Receipt
To pick up your order, you must present the receipt we issued. A photo of the receipt is also acceptable. Without the receipt, you may not be able to collect your item. In case of loss, please contact us for verification.
Pickup Limit
Garments not picked up within 6 months of drop-off will be donated to charity if we are unable to contact you. After 6 months, a reminder will be sent via text, and if no response is received, the garments will be considered abandoned.
Claims
All claims must be made within 7 days of pick-up and must include proof of purchase.
No Cut Request
If you do not want any cutting during the alteration, you must specify “No Cut” when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction if no such request was made.
Off-Cut Material Return
If you would like the off-cut material to be returned, please request this in advance by stating “Keep Material” when placing your order. If this request is not made beforehand, the off-cut material cannot be returned later.
Overlock Colour Not Matching
To maintain efficiency, we do not match the inside overlock colour to the original. If you would like it to be matched, please inform us in advance, and additional charges will apply.
Liability for Damage
We take good care in handling your garments, but we will not be liable for any minor imperfections, fabric weaknesses, or damage caused by prior wear and tear or unsuitable fabrics for alterations. If a garment is deemed unalterable due to its condition or material, we will inform you before proceeding.
Unacceptable Conduct
Aggressive behavior and abusive language will NOT be tolerated on our premises. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, shouting, swearing, and any actions that negatively affect our staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse or stop serving anyone displaying such behavior. These customers will be banned from using our services in the future. Those who refuse to leave the premises when asked will be escorted out by Shopping Centre Security.
